CAN WE SELECT THE MUSIC OVERLAY FOR OUR VIDEO?
Music choice sets the overall tone of your wedding highlight and how it will be edited (ambient vs. up-beat music). I do my best to find music that best fits the vibe/mood of the video. Unfortunately, since mainstream songs have very strict copyright rules that forbid us from posting online, i tend to use music licensing subscriptions like Artlist.io to find songs. Feel free to hop on Artlist.io and suggest songs for me! If you don't plan on posting the video online, I can use any song! If you have absolutely no music preferences, I will gladly pick the songs for you!
DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT PLANS?
Upon electronically signing your official wedding contract, a non-refundable retainer fee (25% of your total package) will be due. Depending on how far out you book your wedding, the remaining payments will be divided into 2 more payments. Second payment of 50% to be due by the wedding day. The last payment of 25% to be due when the edited video is done. NOTE: If your event date is less than three months away, your non-refundable retainer fee will be 1/2 of your total package.
ARE THERE ADDITIONAL FEES?
All taxes and fees are inclusive with my pricing. There are no added fees on top of your total package price. Although, vendor parking, meals, and gratuity are greatly appreciated!
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY VIDEOS?
A few days after the wedding I will probably have all the raw footage uploaded to a Google Drive folder. I will share the folder with you via email. Once I have your edited video done, I will mail you a thumbdrive that fits all the raw footage, edited videos, and audio files!
WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
Turn around time can vary depending on the time of the year. The following are our standard completion times: Sneak Peek / Teaser Clip – 1-4 weeks, unless otherwise stated. Highlight Reel Video – 1-2 months, unless otherwise stated. Any other fully edited video – 1-3 months, unless otherwise stated.
HOW LONG DO YOU STORE OUR WEDDING VIDEOS?
All raw and edited footage will be backed up to a Google Drive folder for the foreseeable future. I will also have copies in my personal hardrive for up to 365 days after the scheduled event(s).
